Stirred fried Korean zucchini (cousa)
This is another too-easy recipe of Korean cousa (zucchini). This recipe is very similar to the Stirred cucumbers recipe. You just need to have one Korean zucchini or cousa to make this dish. Here is an example of Korean zucchini for you if you have no idea what it looks like. It is short and chubby. Isn’t it cute? ![]()

Now you need to chop it after washing it as you see in the photo.
heat up the pan, add some vegetable oil and stir them for 2-3 minutes. And add some salt and pepper as well. You don’t need to stir too long. It can be mushy easily.
Now it is ready to serve. Eat with steamed rice.
